Privacy statement

This statement covers the website www.simplyfact.eu. The SimplyFact Cloud app has its own privacy statement inside the app.

Server logs

On every visit the web server records technical data: IP address, time, requested page, referring page and browser type. We use these to keep the website secure, prevent abuse and produce anonymous visitor statistics on our own server. Logs are deleted after at most 30 days. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, working website.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no third-party trackers, advertising networks or analytics services. If you hide the cheerful note, that choice is stored only in your own browser.

Contact form

What you send through the form (name, e-mail address, company, subject and message) is delivered to us as an e-mail and not stored on the web server. We keep your e-mail as long as needed to follow up your question. Legal basis: your request and our legitimate interest in replying.

Hosting

The website runs on a server we manage ourselves at DigitalOcean. Your data is not sold or shared with other parties unless the law requires it.

You can access, correct or erase your data, restrict its processing or object to it. E-mail info@simplyfact.eu. If you are not satisfied, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
